Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book?

All booking are done by pre booking online through the website. We don’t do walk-ins

Can I make a private booking

Yes. Private booking is £110 for 50 mins for up to 8 people. Find a session that has 8 free seats and request the booking by emailing us at sauna@otherfold.com

    When should I arrive?

Arrive 5-10 minutes early for your booking to allow time for a brief orientation, so we can check you’ve signed a waiver, and to change if needed (we recommend arriving in swimwear or a dryrobe to maximize sauna time).

No one wants to miss sauna time!

Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended sessions due to subsequent bookings.

    What should I bring?

Two towels (one small one  to sit on and one to dry off with)

A pair of flip flops/ sliders to wear outside the sauna and for the outdoor shower.

Swimwear. And you’re more than welcome to wear a T-shirt and shorts. Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

A full water bottle (not plastic or metal if taking in sauna)

The sauna changing area is communal, so it is best to arrive sauna ready, with your swimwear already on. Having loose cosy clothing and or a Dryrobe helps you to get dressed after your sauna session.

    What is your cancellation policy?

We can only offer refunds if 48-hours notice has been given. If you do not turn up to your session, you will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel your booking please email sauna@otherfold.com as soon as possible or cancel via your booking email.
